Driver Project Services are seeking a skilled Project Controls Data Analystto support a major large-scale power project in Scotland on a hybrid basis between Glasgow and Teesside or WFH. This role will play a key part in transforming project data into meaningful insights, supporting effective decision-making across project controls functions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reportsfor project performance tracking Analyse project data across cost, schedule, and risk to provide actionable insights Work closely with project controls teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting Consolidate data from multiple sources into clear, user-friendly visualisations Support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance monitoring Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting tools Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions Key Requirements: Proven experience in a Project Controls / Data Analystrole (ideally within energy, infrastructure, or large-scale projects) Strong proficiency in Power BI(dashboard creation, data modelling, DAX) Advanced Excelskills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Experience producing dashboard reports and data visualisations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Desirable: Experience working on power, utilities, or major infrastructure projects Familiarity with project controls tools (e.g., Primavera P6, cost systems) Understanding of project lifecycle and reporting frameworks This role is available on a Contract or Permanent Staff basis
