Helping with basic food preparation, counter presentation, restocking, and ensuring all areas are compliant with NHS food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations. Maintaining cleanliness within the kitchen, restaurant, and service areas, including dishwashing and sanitising equipment and surfaces. Working collaboratively with the wider catering team to support service demands across our onsite catering outlets.
