The Role: Nursery Teaching Assistant As a key member of the Early Years team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development and learning of young children. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging activities. Providing one-to-one and small group support. Creating a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Helping children develop key early years skills and fostering their independence and curiosity. This is a long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. What We're Looking For: ✅ Experience: Previous experience working in a primary or nursery setting is essential, ideally within Early Years. Qualifications: A Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or Childcare (or equivalent) is preferred but not required. Personal Qualities: A caring, flexible, and proactive approach.
