What's involved in this Restaurant Management role?
* To be responsible for the smooth running of all restaurant services through close liaison with the Head Chef, Assistant Manager and service team.
* To develop a well-structured team of food and wine service motivated to deliver the highest levels of service and guests care and exceed expectations at all times.
What's required?
* Minimum 2 Rosette Restaurant management experience is essential
* 5* Hotel Experience
* Food & Wine knowledge
