Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager to join our brand new day service in Randalstown. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will help lead a dedicated team of specialist staff in supporting autistic adults with complex needs.
Our service operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, providing tailored support for up to 12 adults (FTE). We focus on promoting independence, achieving personal goals and creating purpose and meaning in the lives of the people we support through activities they enjoy and that matter to them.
Responsibilities
* Provide skilled, person-centred support while mentoring, developing and managing a team of support staff.
* Create and manage rotas using People Planner, conduct staff supervisions and oversee performance to ensure a high standard of care.
* Attend reviews, meet with professionals and families, and complete internal and external audits to ensure the service remains compliant with all relevant legislation and standards.
* Contribute to building a high-quality, person-centred service from the ground up, where every day brings a chance to make a real and lasting difference.
