About the role
Capital One Corporate Treasury is seeking a Manager to lead a small team responsible for treasury activities (cash management, liquidity forecasting, payments, funding & investment) and process improvements.
What you’ll do
1. Lead a team of 4 associates handling UK treasury activities.
2. Ensure flawless execution and control of the UK Treasury environment.
3. Prepare materials, analysis, and presentations for ALCO to senior leaders, including CFO and Corporate Treasurer.
4. Manage funding and investment decisions, including overnight deposits with banking partners.
5. Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
6. Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including UK Finance, US Treasury, and external partners.
7. Analyze payment and cash flow trends to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
8. Collaborate with US partners on treasury strategy to ensure enterprise-level consistency.
9. Understand international risk environment to make informed decisions impacting UK operations.
10. Lead initiatives in UK treasury and communicate proactively with partners.
11. Invest in continuous learning and talent development.
What we’re looking for

Where and how you'll work
This is a permanent role based in Nottingham with a hybrid working model: in-office 3 days a week (Tues-Thurs) and flexible arrangements.
