Responsibilities
* Service Quality Monitoring: Track and monitor franchisee and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance
* Preparing work for subcontractors: Identify work which is to be passed to subcontractors
* Relationship Building: Foster open communication with franchisees and subcontractors to understand their needs and challenges. Offer insights for continuous improvement, empowering them to enhance operational performance and processes.
* Inbox Management: Manage the planning inbox
* Administrative tasks: Be organised and proactive in completion of tasks relating to subcontracting work. You will be required to raise and manage POs in a timely manner to ensure that our subcontractors have the correct level of authority and accurate descriptions of work to carry work out to the highest standards at our customers sites
* Data Management: Regularly update and cleanse Filta Track to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
* Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams, including Sales, portal team and Install Support, to stay informed of customer changes, new accounts, and SLA requirements.

* Experience within a compliance admin/scheduling/operational admin role essential

Salary and location
Salary £27,000 + Benefits. Location: Stratford Upon Avon. This is a full-time permanent role.
