The Role
We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced marketing professional to join our team at a very exciting time for Praetura Lending. This role can be based at either our Blackburn or Wilmslow office.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and key stakeholders throughout the businesses within Praetura Lending, the ideal candidate will need to be a creative and strategic thinker, who will play an integral part in the effective implementation of Praetura Lending's marketing and communications strategy, taking the lead on strategy for key brands.
The ideal candidate must be confident in managing projects and campaigns individually, with experience of working in marketing or communications roles.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
* Helping to plan and implement the marketing and communications strategy for Praetura Lending and associated brands.
* Creating and delivering campaigns to promote Praetura Lending brands and engage with our broker and introducer networks.
* Acting as a brand guardian, maintaining consistency of tone, messaging and visual identity, both internally and externally.
* Developing a strong understanding of the companies within Praetura Lending by engaging with teams across the Group, in order to identify marketing needs, generate ideas and prioritise activity.
* Creating content to 'tell the Praetura story' through social, press, emails, leaflets, brochures, reports, award submissions and web copy.
* Creating / designing image, video and audio content to share Praetura Lending activities and messaging.
* Helping to arrange, organise and implement events to engage with Praetura Lending's introducer and broker networks.
* Ensuring all communications and campaigns are compliant with brand guidelines and regulatory framework.
* Monitoring, analysing and reporting on key communications, campaign and brand performance.
* Please note, this is not an exhaustive list. The candidate will be expected to adopt a flexible attitude to duties which may be varied, in line with the development of Praetura Lending's marketing team and strategy.
Skills and competencies
* Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or other recognised marketing/
communications qualification (desired)
* Significant experience in marketing and communications roles (essential)
* Experience of developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns and initiatives across a range of channels (essential)
* Experience working in a B2B marketing environment (desired)
* Experience of producing high-quality content across print, digital and press (essential)
* Experience of managing multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines (essential)
