Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective French lessons to students in line with the curriculum
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that facilitates the growth and development of every student
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support as needed
* Collaborate with colleagues in the development of curriculum materials and resources
* Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events as required
* Establish and maintain strong communication channels with students, parents, and colleagues
* Promote and uphold the school's values and ethos, fostering a respectful and supportive atmosphere
* Proven experience teaching French in a primary or secondary school setting
* Strong knowledge of the French language and culture
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Familiarity with the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices
