Senior ServiceNow Programme Manager
Location:Reading (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)Type: Permanent
Role Overview
Lead large-scale ServiceNow programmes, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while driving successful delivery, process transformation, and platform optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with stakeholders to understand current processes and define future-state solutions
* Lead end-to-end ServiceNow programme delivery (planning, governance, risk management)
* Drive process design, gap analysis, and scalable solution implementation
* Oversee integrations, platform performance, security, and compliance
* Communicate progress, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders
* Ensure high-quality documentation and adherence to best practices
* Mentor team members and support delivery excellence
Required Qualifications
* 15+ years' experience managing ServiceNow projects/programmes
* Strong expertise in:
o CMDB / CSDM
o ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
o ITSM
o CSM, FSM
o SPM, SOM, SLO, TNI
* Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, third-party systems)
* Strong understanding of platform security, performance, and compliance
* Proven skills in:
o Project Governance
o Project Planning
o Risk/Crisis Management
o Stakeholder Management
