We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to join our mission-driven team. This is a strategic and operational role that blends procurement, finance, and operations to drive cost optimization, supplier excellence, and process innovation.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and optimize procurement processes across the business
* Manage procurement policies, procedures, and staff training
* Drive ESG-related procurement initiatives
* Maintain contract and purchasing systems (Sage Intacct)
* Build strong vendor relationships and manage renewals
* Oversee vendor onboarding, procurement workflows, and PO management
* Develop and deliver a vendor savings strategy
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Data, and other teams globally
What You Bring
* 5+ years in a procurement leadership role
* Proven team management and cross-functional collaboration experience
* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
* Experience with SaaS/technology vendors (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google)
* Proficiency in Sage Intacct and Microsoft Office Suite
* CIPS qualification (Level 4–6) or equivalent preferred
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
