As an Estimator, you’ll support accurate and competitive pricing for refurbishment and new-build schemes, helping secure profitable workloads across South Wales and beyond. Role Overview You will be responsible for: * Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation. * Producing cost plans, estimates and BOQs for a range of schemes. * Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for quotation analysis. * Supporting value engineering and commercial risk assessments. * Preparing tender submissions and pricing breakdowns. * Working alongside operational and commercial teams to ensure viable bids. * Handover support to delivery teams upon project award.
