* Improve awareness of the AEA function and its contribution to business success.
* Identify and manage risks linked to stakeholder engagement, supporting effective escalation when needed.
* Support service improvement by identifying risks to delivery, improving ways of working, and increasing efficiency.
* Work with training and enablement teams to identify opportunities that improve capability and engagement.

About you

You'll bring:

* Experience managing or supporting stakeholder or customer facing services.
* Strong relationship and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics simply.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities.
* A proactive, organised approach, able to work independently while collaborating effectively.
* Confidence operating in complex or changing environments.

You'll have:

* Experience in customer focused roles and stakeholder management.
* Experience engaging with multi disciplinary/Technical teams or partners.

Desirable:

* Experience within large infrastructure, utilities, or regulated environments.
* Knowledge of asset, engineering, or network development processes.

What you'll get

A competitive salary between £55,000 - £65,000 - dependent on capability

As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
