* What We're Looking For** Previous experience in Japanese hospitality or premium dining Passion for Sake, Wine or Cocktails A calm, confident personality with excellent communication and people skills A sharp eye for detail and a love for creating a polished, welcoming environment Experience with formal table service and guiding guests through premium food and drinks A true team player with a positive, proactive attitude The ability to stay composed and professional during busy services or special events
