As aChildren's Senior Support Workerwill have the possibility to earn up to£35,490.The home currently has 2 YP who are both aged 16 year old boys. The young people have made massive progress over the last year with the support of this fantastic organisation.
The company already has 3 successfully running homes and has a supportive management team in place.
The staff retention over the last 9 months has been over 90% and this is because of a supportive manager and awesome staff synergy.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive:
Excellent rates of pay -£35,490
Average of 2 sleep per week & 37.5 hours per week contract
2 days on 4 days off shift pattern with shifts starting at 10am
Strong manager in place
Development plan to Deputy Manager level
Senior's will be put the Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification

The Children's Senior Support Worker role includes:
Organising and accompanying the young people on social activities and appointments
Building relationships with young people
Recording the young persons activity & reporting key aspects of their care
Promoting the young persons independence and developing their life skills
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience of working with vulnerable children and young people
QCF level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare
Excellent communication skills
The ability to build strong and trusting relationships with young people
The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Resilience and a positive outlook
A good level of IT literacy
