Vehicle Technician (MOT Tester)

Responsibilities
* Work as a fully skilled, qualified MOT tester and diagnostic engineer, ensuring all tests are completed correctly on time.
* Use current diagnostic equipment to identify faults and perform accurate fault analysis.
* Carry out repair, maintenance and servicing work on all makes and models of vehicle in accordance with regulations.
* Meet productivity and efficiency targets, aiming to deliver 'right first time' work.
* Communicate clearly with customers and team members to provide a high‑quality service.
* Maintain a professional and customer‑focused attitude, including a full driving licence.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Qualified MOT tester with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
* Hands‑on experience using diagnostic equipment.
* Proven track record of delivering high‑quality, timely work.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Full driving licence and flexible, customer‑focused approach.
