A well-established, family-owned property management company based North London is looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their tight-knit, busy team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in residential property management, experience in managing their own portfolio and possess strong IT skills.
This is a full time, fully office-based role.
Key responsibilities:
* Management of a high-end residential property portfolio
* Property maintenance management
* Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
* Organising, managing and overseeing refurbishment works
* Handling property insurance details
* Raising rental invoices and chasing rent arrears
* Maintaining an updated property file
* Use of MS Packages / PropMan or similar software
Skills Required:
* 3-4 years’ experience in residential property management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
