PPA Teacher - KS1 and KS2

Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Doncaster, who are seeking a PPA Teacher to join their team from January 2026.
This role will involve delivering high-quality teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing cover for class teachers during their planning, preparation and assessment (PPA) time. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning and upholding high standards across the school.
The Role:
Teaching pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2
Ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment
Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
Providing feedback to class teachers where required
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (UK)
Has experience teaching in primary settings, ideally across KS1 and KS2
Is adaptable, organised, and confident teaching different year groups
Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
Has a genuine passion for supporting pupil progress
