Job Overview What Youll Do:
* Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K12 students in a school-based setting
* Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and develop IEP goals
* Work with students one-on-one and in small groups to support speech and language development
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote academic achievement and communication growth
* Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
Qualifications & Certifications (Illinois Requirements):
* Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
* Active license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
* Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement issued by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE)
* ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
* Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
