Business Development Manager – Fluid Power
Territory: Bradford and surrounding area | Field-based role. Based in Bradford, the role involves expanding our presence across the Yorkshire region, working closely with the Bradford branch, and building relationships to drive growth in Fluid Power solutions – including hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics and compressed air.
This is a customer-facing role where your ability to spot opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and secure long-term business will define your success.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in technical sales, ideally pneumatics or fluid power
* OR strong commercial sales experience in industrial/engineering markets
* Confident in key account management and new business development
* Excellent communicator with strong commercial acumen
The role
* Develop and implement account strategies to deliver revenue and margin growth
* Convert leads into long-term partnerships with persuasive proposals and solutions
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver projects and manage quotations
* Build strong relationships with procurement, maintenance, and engineering stakeholders
