Summary London Business School are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join our Finance department on a permanent basis As Accounts Payable Manager, you will oversee multiple company purchase ledgers, manage month-end closures, assist with bank reconciliations, and support cash flow reporting. You will lead a team, ensuring service levels align with Finance standards and SMART objectives are met. Our Finance team plays a crucial role in achieving the School's long-term strategy. We provide comprehensive financial services, including strategic planning, transaction processing, corporate governance, and procurement support. The team ensures efficient management and reporting to support the School's objectives. Main Responsibilities Manage, develop, and motivate team members. Oversee purchase ledger and ensure accurate and timely payment processing. Conduct monthly supplier reconciliations. Manage expense processing, ensuring timely and accurate claims. Ensure internal and external audits pass without concern. Support procurement with supplier reports and other duties as required. Ideal Candidate Professional qualification or equivalent experience. Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences. Significant experience in bookkeeping, accounts, and managing ledgers. Experience supervising an Accounts Department.
