* Serve as design lead on projects ranging from £10m to £150m and oversee overall design quality of the team.
* Present to clients and refine requirements to suit their aspirations.
Qualifications
* Competent design skills and comfortable with team management.
* Tender experience and ability to administer contracts.
* REVIT literacy is essential.
