The successful candidate will play a crucial role in companys credit control processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships with clients. Package Monday to Friday days £28,000 - £30,000 Permanent role Responsibilities: Maintaining & Reducing Monthly Aged Debt for the group Chasing clients/brokers for settlement of debt to ensure collected within credit terms Ability to manage your own diary and workload effectively Ensure statements are sent in a timely manner Liaising with customers by telephone and email and be sure to follow up to resolve debts on the ledger Build strategic relationships across the organisation and effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Escalation of any issues and queries in a timely basis to team leader/manager.
