Interim Stakeholder & Public Engagement Communications Lead (exec appointment)
London (hybrid) | 3 month assignment
We are supporting a large, complex organisation through a period of transition, seeking an Interim Stakeholder & Public Engagement Communications Lead to provide senior leadership and direction across a multi-disciplinary communications function.
This is a high-impact interim mandate, operating at executive level and working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and oversight across communications, engagement, digital and content
* Act as a senior advisor on stakeholder positioning, messaging and reputation
* Ensure continuity and effectiveness during a period of organisational change
* Assess team capability, structure and performance
* Support the design of a future-fit communications function
We are seeking:
* A senior communications leader who has operated at Head / Director level
* Experience within complex, multi-stakeholder organisations
* Strong stakeholder and public engagement expertise
* A commercially minded approach
* Proven ability to deliver impact quickly in interim environments
Details:
* London-based (hybrid)
* 3–6 month+ duration
* Day rate dependent on experience (c£600-£850)
