Are you an aspiring marketing leader looking for your next challenge?
The DMA are seeking a talented individual to join our team and work on the DMA’s marketing campaigns—encompassing brand and performance marketing—to meet the business’ goals. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will focus on building out the DMA’s brand presence across key social channels, with a focus on driving awareness, engagement, web traffic, and lead generation.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process from strategy to execution across a wide range of marketing channels and strategies. You'll be a strong creative thinker, able to generate engaging content, and a strategic planner with a proven track record of success.
You'll enjoy working in a dynamic, creative environment, and used to juggling multiple briefs. You'll be confident, articulate, and well-organised, and you'll be able to manage channel-specific requirements to ensure that all aspects of the marketing plan are delivered to the highest possible standard. You’ll be comfortable working directly on SEO/PPC campaigns and managing external agencies/freelancers to ensure consistent and timely quality of output.
We are data and ROI focussed, so you'll need to have a strong focus on reporting and be able to demonstrate an excellent track record of success. You'll be comfortable with both digital and non-digital marketing, and work alongside the wider Marketing Team to incorporate both in your strategies.
You will join an established marketing team to bring together key voices, build delightful cross-channel customer journeys, and help drive real change for the industry. At the DMA, we are passionate about fostering relationships, resourcing marketers with training and valuable research, and representing the industry to shape legislation that puts the customer first.

You will have strong copywriting skills, and be used to executing multi-channel campaigns and monitoring/reporting against their success. You must be a creative and data-driven individual who is comfortable working at pace. You’ll aim to deliver impactful, cohesive, and engaging campaigns & build a stronger DMA community across our social media presence.
Salary: dependant on experience
Role type: Fixed term mat cover until end of Feb 2025.
09:00 - 17:30, five days per week. We have a flexible working policy that allows for a hybrid workspace. As a social media marketer, some flexibility over these times may be required to meet the needs of our audiences and channels.
