About the role:

What you'll get up to:
* Drive growth: Lead our new business broking team to acquire new clients, uncover exciting opportunities and expand our market share.
* Tactical leadership: Be an inspirational leader who will guide your team by implementing data-driven sales methodologies, and continuously refine tactics to exceed revenue targets.
* Broking expertise: Working with our sales team, you’ll expertly convert our largest leads, leveraging them to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
* Performance management: Drive a supportive culture of accountability and achievement. You’ll use your expertise to manage and motivate our sales teams for peak performance.
* Collaboration: Work closely with our sales operations team to enhance processes and infrastructure. Your ability to collaborate across functions will be instrumental in streamlining operations and achieving seamless sales execution.
* Hiring excellence: Identify, attract and onboard quota-carrying brokers who align with our company values and goals.
* Coaching: You’ll foster a supportive and encouraging environment that pushes people to do their best work.
About you:
* Proven track record: 10+ years of experience in broking, ideally with a focus on professional indemnity, directors’ & officers’ liability, cyber and similar products. London market experience would be desirable.
* Industry insight: You enjoy fostering and maintaining close relationships with insurers and you have a stellar reputation in the market.
* Lead by example: Exemplify dedication and high standards. Not afraid to get your hands dirty to meet your own quota and assist your team members in hitting theirs.
* Talent magnet: Your ability to identify and nurture potential sets you apart. Our culture is hugely important to us and we always celebrate success.
* Skilled tactician: Adept at developing and implementing broking tactics, to get the best results for your clients and your team.
