As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all spare parts activities, from quotation to dispatch. Acting as a key link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, you will ensure all orders are processed efficiently and accurately while maintaining exceptional communication throughout. Responsibilities of the Spare Parts Coordinator: Prepare accurate quotes for customers and respond promptly to enquiries. Process orders using Oracle, ensuring order confirmations are received and matched in a timely manner. Receive goods on the system and manage invoice queries efficiently. Coordinate and manage order returns to Italy when required. Liaise with customers to provide updates from enquiry to delivery. Collaborate with internal teams including the Service Help Desk, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth communication. Ensure all service requests are handled promptly according to KPI targets. Take responsibility for the technical identification of spare parts, referencing mechanical and electrical drawings.
