Tudor Employment Agency Ltd are currently recruiting for a Site Operative for our prestigious client based in Avonmouth (BS11).
✅ The specific duties include:
* Operating forklifts safely and efficiently (Counterbalance FLT licence required)
* Completing pre‑operation safety checks and ensuring all certifications remain valid
* Reporting any equipment faults or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
* Maintaining a clean and organised yard area, including daily inspections
* Ensuring storage areas comply with all health and safety regulations
* Directing and marshalling vehicle movements around the site
* Guiding incoming and outgoing vehicles to appropriate areas
* Ensuring safe distances are maintained between vehicles and pedestrians
* Assisting site chemists with day‑to‑day operational tasks
* Supporting smooth site operations as part of a wider team
💰 Rate of Pay: £14.00 per hour
🕒 Hours of Work: 7.30am – 4pm (40 hours per week, 30‑minute unpaid lunch break per day)
📅 Contract End Date: 27/02/2026 (Long‑term sickness cover — potential for extension)
Candidates MUST hold an in-date accredited Counterbalance FLT license in order to be considered for this role
