Who We Need
We are recruiting a Workshop Technician to support our Engineering and Electrical Apprenticeship programmes at our Ruddington campus (EMTEC), focusing on Level 3 and Level 4 apprenticeships. Key duties include:
1. Setting up practical training environments, including machinery checks and preparation
2. Ordering stock and maintaining tools and equipment
3. Conducting health and safety checks and supporting risk assessments
4. Supporting Trainers and Apprentices during practical activities
What You’ll Bring
Practical workshop experience, ideally in Engineering or Construction. Strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, effective learning environment are essential.
