Were looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at Botley Hill Farmhouse.
Working closely with the Head Chef, youll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen while helping deliver consistently high standards across our busy restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
* Leading kitchen service when required
* Supervising and motivating the kitchen team
* Maintaining food quality, presentation and consistency
* Assisting with stock control, ordering and prep planning
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety
* Helping train and develop junior team members
About You
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
* Confident working in a fast-paced kitchen
* Passionate about food quality and consistency
* Well organised and a strong team player
* Able to lead a section and support the wider team
