Working in the commercial property finance team, this role will be at the heart of Whitbread’s future growth strategy. This role forms an integral part of the investment cycle with responsibility for managing property investment appraisals ensuring site packs have been thoroughly prepared, reviewed and are ready for board approval/sign, while playing an active part in attending weekly review meetings and providing valuable insight and challenge to a range of stakeholders. Location: Dunstable, hybrid- a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Regularly review and update to reflect appropriate application of appraisal techniques and metrics. Develop strong relationships with the Acquisitions and Business Development Teams to fully understand sites being appraised and to ensure the inputs and assumptions are accurate & robust.
