We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Relations and Growth Coordinator to help us continue delivering outstanding care and support to our clients and carers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain efficient rotas that meet both client needs and carer preferences.
2. Ensure care plans are person-centred, compliant, and regularly updated.
3. Support recruitment, induction, and supervision of carers.
4. Build strong relationships with clients, families, and health professionals.
5. Respond promptly to client or staffing emergencies and coordinate solutions.
6. Monitor service quality, client satisfaction, and carer engagement.
7. Attend local events and support with business development

We’re looking for someone with more than just experience. We’re looking for a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely cares about making a difference. This role requires someone with energy, a get up and go attitude and loves collaboration.
This is not an admin position you will be expected to support in the field with new assessments and engage with clients for up to 40% of your working week. It's very much a hands on role.
Essential Skills & Qualities:
8. Minimum 1 years’ experience in a care coordination or similar role within the home care/domiciliary sector.
9. Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
10. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
11. Strong people management and relationship-building abilities.
12. Ability to engage, support, and motivate carers with empathy and clarity.
13. Solid problem-solving and organisational skills.
14. Confident in using care systems and IT tools (experience with electronic rostering software is an advantage).
15. A proactive mindset and ability to work independently under pressure.
