We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager tooversee the full life cycle of subcontractor management — from onboardingthrough to off boarding — ensuring compliance, reducing commercial risk, andsupporting the successful delivery of projects across the business.
What you’ll do
* Manage contracts end to end, ensuring obligations are met and risks are mitigated.
* Advise operational teams on contract terms, compliance, and commercial impacts.
* Oversee subcontractor onboarding, performance, screening, and issue resolution.
* Produce commercial reports and analyse data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
* Support dispute resolution, claims, variations, and compensation events.
* Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement across commercial processes and best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll bring
* Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical, detail focused, and confident indecision making.
* Experienced in subcontractor management within telecoms, civils, or utilities.
* Familiar with NEC4 or similar contract frameworks.
* Proven track record of successful project delivery.
Qualifications
* Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
