These roles provide excellent school-based experience before applying for PGCEs, SCITTs or other teacher training routes. These roles are perfect for graduates in: Education Psychology Criminology Youth Work Sport Science You’ll gain experience in: Supporting SEN and SEMH pupils 1:1 or in small groups Understanding school systems, safeguarding, and classroom management Working across different age groups and school settings Building confidence and transferable professional skills If you’re looking for a paid route into the classroom and want to test the waters before committing to training, this could be the perfect fit.
