The workshop if well equipped, very clean and tidy with all tools provided. Working hours of 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with overtime available.

Responsibilities for mechanical supervisor include:
* Supervise daily assembly and production activities in the machine assembly department.
* Leading by example, you will also be involved in the whole assembly process.
* Assign tasks to workers and ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and safety protocols.
* Monitor quality control of assembled products.
* Train and mentor workers on efficient assembly techniques and safety practices.
* Maintain production schedules and meet output targets.
* Inspect materials and coordinate with procurement or warehouse teams.
* Report progress, issues, and suggestions for process improvements to management.
Skills & Qualifications for the mechanical supervisor:
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Hands-on experience within a mechanical field.
* Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and process issues.
