Our client is expanding - and they're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth across the Southern region. Responsibilities
* Leading business development across residential and I&C projects in the Southern patch
* Identifying and securing new opportunities with developers, consultants, and strategic landowners
* Managing the full sales cycle - from initial engagement through to contract award
* Collaborating with estimating and delivery teams to shape winning connection strategies
* Representing our client at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums
Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development within utilities, infrastructure, or energy
* Strong technical understanding of multi-utility connections (132kV-11kV, gas, water)
* Background in project management or estimating is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and drive regional growth
