At Superdrug Head Office, our Talent Acquisition team has pioneered new ways to recruit store staff. We understand that hiring the best talent takes time.
Your role involves supporting Store Management in recruitment efforts. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to provide comprehensive recruitment services for all Store Management roles and contribute to the development and execution of the talent acquisition strategy.
Here's what a typical day includes:
1. Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruiting roles, including expertise roles like nail technicians and pharmacy staff, utilizing advertising, headhunting, social media, networking, and job boards.
2. Using the Cornerstone system to maximize talent pooling.
3. Attending training sessions for our ATS system.
4. Managing candidates through the recruitment process.
5. Ensuring recruitment processes are followed and KPIs like time to fill and cost per hire are met.
6. Analyzing process efficiency to identify improvement opportunities.
7. Actively sourcing candidates and promoting the brand passionately.
8. Responding to candidate inquiries and escalating as needed.
9. Supporting assessment centers and career fairs to build a quality candidate database.
10. Advertising vacancies internally and externally, refreshing job postings as necessary.
11. Collaborating with Internal Communications to maximize social media opportunities.
12. Supporting general administration and project work for Talent Acquisition.
13. Maintaining employer brand guidelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
14. Building positive relationships with key stakeholders to deliver excellent service.
What you’ll need:
Experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency, with a passion for the brand and keen attention to detail. Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, and excellent communication skills are essential. You should be influential, with strong networking and relationship-building abilities, and a genuine drive to recruit top talent to keep Superdrug as an employer of choice in the area.
