Job Purpose
Provide support to end users, focusing on Microsoft technologies, hardware, and business applications.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical support via service desk, phone, and in person
Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Manage users and devices in Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID)
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Support basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
Install and maintain software, patches, and updates
Log and manage tickets, documentation, and knowledge articlesSkills & Experience
Experience in an IT support engineer role with a focus on the Microsoft stack
Strong Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge including Active Directory
Experience setting up new users, building laptops and PCs, networking
Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
Basic networking and security awareness
Good communication and customer service skillsDesirable
Intune / Endpoint Manager experience
Azure and PowerShell exposure
Microsoft certifications
