Bath-based Specialist Agency
Are you an experienced recruitment consultant with a proven track record in business development? We're seeking a talented individual to join our established finance and accounting recruitment agency in the historic city of Bath.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant within our team, you will focus on growing our client base and placing exceptional talent across the South West. You'll work with either transactional, part-qualified or qualified accountancy roles throughout commerce and industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing new business relationships with finance departments across the South West
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients
* Building and maintaining your candidate network
* Meeting and exceeding revenue and activity targets
* Contributing to the agency's continued growth and success
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within finance or accounting
* Strong business development skills with a demonstrable history of winning new clients
* Excellent relationship building abilities and a consultative approach
* Self-motivated with a hunger for success
* Knowledge of the South West business landscape (advantageous)
