Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and being accountable for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of multiple auto diallers.
* Conducting bespoke dialler analysis and reporting.
* Providing optimal timing analysis for dialing and recommendations to the Sales team.
* Knowledge transfer within the team.
* Developing and implementing dialler strategies across departments to enhance business performance and support customer needs.
* Engaging with third-party suppliers for strategic technology requirements.
* Managing multiple customer contact channels, including Dialler, IVR, SMS, and Email.
* Ensuring compliance and controls across all contact channels.
Is this you?
* Minimum of three years' experience in dialler management and planning roles.
* Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Exceptional organisational skills, including workload prioritisation.
* Strong interpersonal skills to integrate into a team.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent numerical skills.
