We have been mandated to strengthen a leading 5* developer with a senior and broad Project Manager role that will focus on a significant piece of strategic land – particularly from a Civil Engineering and Earthworks Strategy standpoint.
You will be responsible for overall coordination of the 1000+ unit scheme, driving the major infrastructure, drainage design and services to facilitate the development of parcels. Working closely with the MD, Technical Director and all functions to spearhead the scheme through pre-commencement planning and programming, together with coordinating live works at a site level.
