A Full-time Nanny-Housekeeper is required by a lovely grandmother in Camberwell, London, to provide attentive care for her school-aged grandchild who may have special educational needs (SEN). The ideal candidate will be experienced, dependable, and committed, with a genuine desire to become an integral part of the family’s daily life. They will offer structure, warmth, and consistency, creating a nurturing environment for the child while also providing general day-to-day household support. The family is looking for someone who can be a steady, positive presence in the home. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 50 hours per week
Duties include:
Carrying out all laundry and ironing tasks, ensuring clothes are clean, pressed, and well-maintained
Caring for delicate or valuable household items with attention and respect
Hoovering and mopping floors throughout the home
Cleaning windows, cupboards, worktops, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms to maintain a tidy and hygienic environment
Assisting the child with homework and school projects
Creating fun, engaging, and educational activities to support the child’s academic development
Preparing healthy and balanced meals for the child
