Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + car allowance + performance bonus (up to £66,000 OTE)
We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading independent vehicle repair specialists, now looking for a skilled Operations Director to strengthen their growing senior management team. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple vehicle repair branches
* Drive operational performance, customer service standards, and compliance
* Manage workshop productivity, workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation
* Develop and implement scalable systems and standard operating procedures
* Lead, mentor, and support branch managers and team leaders
* Analyse performance data to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability
* Collaborate with the Managing Director on strategic planning and business development
* Ensure adherence to all health & safety and environmental regulations
What We’re Looking For
* Proven senior leadership experience within a multi-site automotive or service-based environment
* Strong commercial awareness and operational management expertise
* Excellent people leadership and communication skills
* Background in vehicle repair or automotive aftermarket highly desirable
* Analytical, organised, and proactive with a strategic mindset
* Passion for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
* Full UK driving licence essential
