Responsibilities: Lead and manage the project, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution. Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain timelines. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes in project scope. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date throughout the project life cycle.
