Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Assist individual students and small groups with learning activities.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Prepare teaching materials and resources as directed by the teacher.
* Supervise students during break times, outings, and school events.
* Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and pupils.
* Provide emotional and academic support to students as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor.
* A valid DBS check is required.
* A genuine interest in supporting children's development and learning.
