The role in a nutshell: Project Manager with D&B office fit-out experience (Cat A/Cat B), strong programming competency, and experience liaising with architects and PQS. Location is important as have sites in Oxford/Home Counties (where a lot of their clients are), so must have the ability to commute to office and sites as needed. Duties and experience: Spearhead the project (with the QS supporting), client liaison, design team liaison, dealing with constraints of consultants and PQS, used to realms of a D&B contract and the process - know the design approval procedure for contractors, H&S and programming skills using Microsoft Projects - would be expected to put construction programme together, taking info from estimating team - so would how a project should be run, sequence items and events and how everything should form an order. The Company: 15-year-old, c£15m T/O family run company (with strong values and ethics) carries out small refurbs and CAT A / CAT B fit out schemes ranging from £500k - £2m. They have an excellent client base within the racing car sector, with ongoing work in leading names within their UK headquarters.
