Responsibilities in your new role as Caf Supervisor
As a key leader, you will supervise our dedicated caf staff, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence are consistently met. You will take charge of staff training, empowering our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Leading shifts with confidence, you'll be the go-to person for customer queries and resolution of any issues, maintaining a smooth and welcoming atmosphere. Your organisational skills will be crucial for managing the staff rota and ensuring all essential paperwork is meticulously updated.
Furthermore, you will play a vital role in the efficient running of the caf by expertly managing orders and maintaining optimal stock levels.
