School HR Assistant - NottinghamStart Date: 13th April Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00-16:00 or 8:30-16:30 Duration: 1 month initially, with potential to extendA friendly and supportive school in Nottingham is looking for a confident and organised School HR Assistant to join their team this April. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with school-based admin or HR experience who is ready to hit the ground running in a busy, rewarding environment.The Role
* Recruitment administration and safer-recruitment checks
* Supporting onboarding and compliance processes
* Maintaining accurate staff files and HR documentation
* Assisting with general HR enquiries
* Providing efficient, professional support to staff, candidates, and external partners
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Previous school-based experience in a similar role (essential)
* HR Assistant experience (preferable)
* An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* A proactive, professional attitude and clear communication skills
* A calm, reliable approach and the ability to multitask confidently
