What the role entails Producing, proofreading and formatting high‑quality legal documents, correspondence and presentations with absolute accuracy. Managing busy attorney calendars, extensive travel schedules, and coordinating meetings, events and client arrangements. Running efficient administrative workflows - from time entry and billing coordination to database updates, filing, archiving and confidential records management. Acting as a trusted gatekeeper: handling calls, monitoring email as needed, and staying ahead of shifting priorities. Providing flexible support across the office - reception cover, hearing prep, BD admin, bundling assistance and occasional evening/weekend work. What they're looking for 2 years' law firm experience (litigation exposure is a bonus).
