The practice is recognised for its strength across public and private M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments, acting for multinational corporates, financial institutions and private capital sponsors across a range of sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on headline transactions within a globally integrated platform and alongside partners known for technical excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mainstream corporate M&A from a leading City or international firm, with the confidence to manage substantial workstreams and maintain direct client contact. You will be technically strong, commercially astute and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-calibre deal teams.
